Orchid Associates are a Social Enterprise organisation. Charles Dacres of Orchid Associates , featured in this short video, is responsible for producing and developing training programmes to meet business needs, primarily around equality and child protection. Charles discusses the issues faced by people having to attend training programmes over weekends – and how e-learning has enabled Orchid to pull people together without the need to travel and give up weekends. Orchid worked with Virtual College as part of an EU funded project – elearn2work to embrace new ways of working.
