Kostal, one of the UK's leading manufacturers of electric switches for the automotive industry, is utilising a range of
Virtual College services to support their ongoing productivity improvement drive.
In addition to utilising the productivity training activities, they are using the Virtual College
Training Management System to manage and develop their own learning resources.

training programme with
35 staff we have established a factory-wide initiative which will ensure all 400 staff will be trained and
have dedicated 1 day per week to the training of 30 individuals, on a rolling basis.
