The success of this activity, linked to the generic structure of the system, led to involvement with a number of major organisations and its further development into a comprehensive online tool to support training within any type of business. The system has been carefully crafted to ensure that it can provide a flexible entry point for any size of organisation. It can easily accommodate existing learning/training resources which can be enhanced through the incorporation of a number of different types of assessment activity. The TMS is now used by a wide range of organisations including businesses, councils, NHS, colleges, sector skills councils, chambers of commerce and private training providers, many of whom are delivering training on a national and international basis.
