Easy to follow, made it interesting, well displayed and very informative.
Loved the interactiveness of the programme. The research was very good and the diagrams were very useful.
I loved the system, the content was comprehensive, transmitted with clarity and interest. Graphic helped to capture interest. Interactive challenges in their form variety allowed to verify the study progress. Probably the best online course I have participated in.
I liked that I could attempt a module at a time and spread the training over a long period as per business demands.
This was the first time I have attempted the level 3 course on line. I didn't think I was going to enjoy it as much as attending a course. To my surprise it was so much better than I thought it was going to be.
I am pleased with the program and what is more I can study in my own time and in the comfort of my own home. Thank you.
The use of pictures and text, plus the repeated opportunities to test your knowledge and comprehension.
I particularly liked the fact you could work at your own pace through the module, so it could easily fit around work and social commitments.
It was clear and easy to understand. This course helped me to look at the standard with which we run our kitchen and help to make sure we are meeting that standard.
That you can take your time with it. It makes it so much easier than having to go to a training place and cram in the information. This way you can digest the information and retain it much better.
The fact you can come and go from the course was welcome as I am constantly called away and interrupted during the training.
I like how things were categorised, and the visual representations as well made it easier to visualise concepts.
