Very productive training
I’ve successfully completed the online Level 3 Food Hygiene training and found it highly informative and relevant to real-world food safety operations. The course provided a strong understanding of HACCP principles, food safety hazards, legal responsibilities, and how to implement effective hygiene management systems in a supervisory role. It also reinforced the importance of leading by example and maintaining high standards in every part of the food preparation and service process. I feel more confident in supervising food handlers and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.

Great experience using Virtual College. Very informative training package and easy to follow. Final exam was thorough and completing it gave me confidence in the subject. Will most certainly be looking at other available courses.

Excellent courses on offer - wide choice of courses to get certificates in.
Reading through - everything was explained very well. I was updating my Allergen Certificate for my workplace. I know everything I go through in the Virtual College course is right up to date. You can take your time to complete the course - all of the courses offered do not need to be completed in one Whole session. Excellent courses on offer.
