Administrator - Growth & Innovation

Based in Ilkley, West Yorkshire | Salary £15,000 - £19,000 pa (Depending on Experience) | Closing Date: 3rd May 2017

We are looking for a pro-active and conscientious administrator to join our growth and innovation division to provide general administration tasks alongside supporting both internal and external customers over the phone and via email. As the division is responsible for the development of our e-learning modules this could include providing reports to customers, supporting customers with contractual service needs and supporting in the use of our learning management system. Effective and efficient communication is vital as is the ability to multi task and proactively problem solve.

We work within a culture of continuous improvement where ideas are welcome and the team works together to meet and exceed KPIs therefore you may be asked to work with colleagues to develop and implement systems which add to the customer experience whilst supporting our systems, policies and procedures.

The Role:

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Experience of working in a high pressure, customer service background
  • Excellent IT skills with experience of using MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint with the ability to learn new software quickly
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and relate to a wide range of people
  • Experience in working to KPIs/SLAs
  • Positive approach to problem solving
  • Flexible and happy to adapt to change
