Cameron Glennon, our Learning Technology Consultant has been working for Virtual College for over 3 years. Recently shortlisted for the “Rising Star” award for the Learning and Performance Institute (LPI) awards, Cameron shares a genuine interest and passion for L&D. He has contributed to Virtual College’s most recent L&D campaign by discussing how Learning and Development teams can be repositioned to plan for future changes.
Daniel Braithewaite, one of our specialist Learning Technology Consultants works with clients to develop bespoke online training solutions. Having been with Virtual College for over 4 years, Daniel loves that self-directed learning and personal development is encouraged.
Mandeep joined Virtual College in 2016 as a Learning Technology Consultant working within the Sales teams to identify client requirements and develop proposals to match their needs. Mandeep describes Virtual College as a collaborative working environment and enjoys that everyday is different. Mandeep loves working with colleagues he can learn from and thinks the passion across the organisation is what makes Virtual College different.
Formerly a Sales Account Manager in 2011, Hayley has developed and progressed over 8 years and is now the Sales and Partnerships Director at Virtual College. As a member of the Leadership Team, Hayley is passionate about developing people and loves the variety of projects that the organisation is involved in. She loves the people she works with and the vast amount of knowledge there is to learn about the changing L&D industry.
One of the Content team’s Project Managers, Matthew Buckmaster has been with Virtual College for 3 years. He works with customers on bespoke projects to create online training solutions that match our customers’ requirements. He enjoys working on projects that allow creativity and describes the workforce as passionate.
Mark began his career at Virtual College as a Digital Marketing Assistant over 2 years ago. He found a passion for Search Engine Optimisation and is now a Digital Marketing Executive working on optimising content for the Virtual College website. He enjoyed learning about the customer purchasing journey and making it easy for customers to find the relevant information they require online. He finds working in the marketing team exciting and enjoys the team collaboration.
Sam Havers, one of our talented Instructional Designers has been working at Virtual College for over 3 years. Previously working as a classroom teacher, Sam has extensive knowledge on learning theories and insights into how people learn, making her great at designing bespoke elearning content. Being a member of Virtual College’s self-directed learning programme Curiosity, Sam is passionate about learning new skills.
Sarah Milne has worked at Virtual College for over 2 years. Originally starting as a proof reader and editor of e-learning courses, Sarah has progressed into an Instructional Design role, working within the content team using Articulate 360. Sarah has a varied role, working on script writing for animations and narration for e-Learning projects.
Emma Liles our talented Graphic Design Manager, works with the content team to create and develop creative visuals for all ready-to-go courses and bespoke e-learning projects. Emma has worked for Virtual College for over 4 years and is skilled in using the Adobe Software Suite. She describes the company culture open and supportive and loves working on her traditional hand rendering skills.
