Level 3 Food Safety and Hygiene for Supervisors Course
Our Level 3 Food Safety and Hygiene for Supervisors course is aimed at anyone who is involved in the management or supervision on food handlers in a food environment. It is a recommendation that all food premises should have at least one person trained to a Level 3 standard in food hygiene particularly if they are in charge of other staff.
On completion of the course you will meet UK training requirements for food handlers and receive a City and Guilds accredited certificate through the post as well as a downloadable version.
This course is suitable for those who work, train or supervise others in food handling, including but not limited to, food establishment owners, restaurant managers, catering manager, café supervisor, publican / pub landlord, street food trader, school lunch time supervisors and head chefs.
For just £87.50 this Environmental Health Officer accepted course will allow you to demonstrate that your staff are supervised and trained appropriately to handle food safely and hygienically.
Level 1 Food Safety and Hygiene Course
The Level 1 Food Safety and Hygiene course has been designed to introduce beginners to food safety, introduce the basic principles of food safety and how to keep clean and hygienic whilst preparing food.
This is an introductory course which is not suitable for food handlers, to meet the EU Regulation 852/2004, which requires food businesses to ensure that any employee who handles food is fully trained in food hygiene, it is necessary to complete the Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene course
This course is suitable for cooking your own food at home, work experience in a food environment, or self-development for those who have an interest in food handling.
