Level 2 HACCP Training

For just £25 this course comes with a CPD approved certificate and takes two to three hours to complete.
Level 3 HACCP Training
This Level 3 Training course has been designed to help managers and supervisors to successfully implement and monitor the HACCP seven principles guidelines in their workplace.
By completing this effective HACCP training you can ensure that you and your employees will be able to fulfil their duties safely to the internationally recognised HACCP standards and EU Food Law Regulation 852/2004 Article 5.
This course is aimed at anyone responsible for assisting in the development and maintenance of a HACCP system or team. It is suitable for small business owners and managers, across the catering, retail and manufacturing sectors.
It has been designed for supervisors and managers working in the food industry, including those who work in: restaurants, cafes, takeaways, food trucks, school kitchens, bars and pubs.
