Verner Wheelock Associates celebrate 20 years in business

Rod Knox, Chief Executive of Virtual College was one of the guest speakers at the 20th Anniversary event for Verner Wheelock Associates, of Skipton. Verner Wheelock have provided training to thousands of people in the food industry over their 20 year history. More recently VWA took advantage of the Food Safety and Hygiene L2 online course offered by Virtual College – to help them reach a wider audience with the Level 2 – which they were not currently offering.

VWA marked its anniversary with a lunch at the Aagrah Midpoint in Thornbury.

'Working with the team at Verner Wheelock has been excellent', says Lesley Ord, Operations Director of Virtual College, 'as a family run business they have built up an excellent rapport with their customers, who range from UK multi nationals to small independent businesses. In fact we are currently working with VWA to e-enable some of their other courses, currently just run as face-to-face courses'.
