Healthcare 100 programme to identify the top 100 Healthcare employers

Independent Community Care Management (ICCM), customers of Virtual College's Learning Management System (LMS) came 4th in the prestigious Healthcare 100 programme to identify the top 100 Healthcare employers. ICCM are using the LMS Job Role functionality to manage competencies and training.

The Healthcare 100 programme and awards allow NHS and independent healthcare organisations to identify whether they are amongst the top 100 healthcare employers. The 2010 awards were announced at a ceremony on 7 July 2010.

Independent Community Care Management (ICCM), a customer of Virtual College came 3rd in their category ‘Top Independent Healthcare Providers’. And overall, against competition from a wide range of healthcare providers and NHS organisations including PCTs, hospitals etc ICCM came away with 4th place.

ICCM Business Manager, Lucy Dean said "This is a massive achievement for everyone at ICCM and a real testament to the work done and the relationships between management, care teams and the Clients. For those of us that aren’t operational – it shows the good support we provide to our teams out there."
