Virtual College to demonstrate ease of online learning adoption at Learning Technologies 2015

At Learning Technologies 2015, Virtual College will be showing delegates how easy it is to adopt and exploit technology to enhance the learning experience. New tools being launched at this exhibition include ‘Enable Audit’, part of Virtual College’s enhanced learning management system. ‘Enable Audit’ is a new online tool, designed to simplify the auditing process, which can benefit any sector where information from a number of sources needs to be collected and analysed. Virtual College will also be demonstrating ‘Create’, its new content creation tool which allows organisations to develop their own high quality, engaging e-learning resources quickly and easily. For those who want instant access to a wide range of e-learning content, Virtual College has over 300 interactive online courses including new titles on show such as ‘Food Allergy Awareness’ and ‘Managing your Professional Digital Profile’. With clients such as the Home Office and NICEIC, Virtual College is well respected for its bespoke content development services. Rod Knox, CEO of Virtual College and one of the pioneers of online learning, will be presenting a seminar at Learning Technologies about how technology is revolutionising the delivery of learning and development. Entitled ‘Are Vocational Open Online Courses the future direction of online training?’, Rod’s engaging address will cover the government’s attitude to learning technology, how the overall education market is changing rapidly and the role of MOOCs and Vocational Open Online Courses (VOOCs) have in rewriting the standard approach to online training. Virtual College will be on stand number 35 at Learning Technologies which is being held at Olympia, Central London on 28 – 29 January 2015. Rod Knox’s seminar will be in Theatre 1 on 28 Jan 2015 from 14:45 to 15:15.
