UK safeguarding arrangements are to face radical changes after recent review by Alan Wood CBE. This is an overview of the findings.

Director of children’s services, Alan Wood CBE, has independently reviewed Local Safeguarding Children Boards (LSCBs), after the Prime Minister requested an urgent review in December 2015.

We have written an overview which discusses the main findings of the Wood Report including:
