He examines the effect of learning on performance, behavior, and actions and evaluates efficiency, effectiveness, and outcomes with data as fact-based evidence. His purpose is to empower the global L&D community with the ability to use facts, evidence, and data to tell L&D's story about impact.

Lori is a senior learning strategist with over 20 years of L&D experience across many industries, including international banking, management consulting, and marketing. She specialises in large-scale digital learning transformations and is passionate about helping companies navigate through the ambiguity of change.

After leading and completing numerous EdTech implementations, she has developed the data-based methodologies and frameworks that empower L&D teams to move from business support function to strategic business driver.

Lori also worked with Virtual College on their “Shaping the Future of L&D Series”, where she offered her valuable expertise on how L&D teams are making a transition from offline learning to using digital tools. She explains that there is a shift from courses to resources and delves into how organisations can manage the change.

Edmund is the Founder and CEO at the Learning and Performance Institute as well as the Founder of CLO Connect. He is well connected within the learning industry as well as being an international speaker and prominent industry figurehead.

Edmund also worked with Virtual College on the “Shaping of Future of L&D Series”, where he delved into the topic of the changing of job roles within learning and development. He highlighted the importance of greater investment into the human side of technology implementations to create more effective outcomes.
