Blended Learning

Not everyone learns at the same pace, and some learners may not suit a traditional classroom setting. Combining face-to-face training methods with interactive e-learning, and offering a variety of rich online resources, like video, graphics and audio, allows learners to absorb knowledge independently, increasing their chance at success.

Integrating face-to-face and online learning

There are three key elements of blended learning:

  • Traditional face-to-face learning
  • Online learning materials
  • Independent study time

Learners can benefit from direct interaction with training co-ordinators, as well as being able to complete learning tasks and assessments in their own time. As a result classroom time and resources can be reduced, saving time and costs.
