We are delighted to share that Virtual College has been successfully appointed to the Land Development Agency’s (LDA) Multi-Supplier Framework Agreement for the provision of Learning and Development Services.
The Framework – advertised under OJEU Notice Number 758113-2024 and formally awarded in May 2025 – enables the LDA and its partner organisations to procure high-quality learning and development services quickly and compliantly.
The agreement was officially made between the Land Development Agency (LDA) and Virtual College Limited on 27th May 2025, and will run initially until 26th May 2029, with the option for up to a further 24 months of extensions
The LDA Framework has been created to support a broad range of learning and professional development needs. Through this agreement, Virtual College can provide services in key areas including:
These service areas form part of the Framework’s approved Lots, outlined in Schedule C of the Agreement
This appointment means public-sector organisations that fall within the scope of the LDA’s remit can now call off Virtual College’s services without needing to run a standalone tender process. This accelerates access to training and ensures compliance with public procurement rules.
