Virtual College Awarded Place on Accent Housing’s Encompass DPS
We are pleased to announce that Virtual College has been successfully appointed to Accent Housing’s Encompass Dynamic Purchasing System (Omega DPS) for the provision of specialist services and training.
This DPS – published under Find a Tender notice 2022/S 000-036260 – was established by Accent Housing Limited to support the delivery of a wide range of social housing related works and services across its Group Members, enabling organisations like Virtual College to supply compliant, high-quality solutions through a streamlined and pre-approved procurement route.
What is the Encompass DPS?
The Encompass DPS provides a flexible procurement mechanism for Accent and its partners, covering 31 workstreams split across 385 geographical lots. Appointment to the DPS confirms that Virtual College has satisfied all Admittance Criteria including governance, financial stability, safeguarding, quality assurance, data protection compliance and service capability, as set out within the DPS Terms & Conditions.

Beyond quality of delivery, the DPS framework places a strong emphasis on community benefit, sustainability, training, and fair working practices — key DPS objectives include:

As a DPS-approved supplier, Virtual College can now be invited to compete in “Call-Off” opportunities under relevant Lots, supporting Accent Housing and its Group Members with:
