Serco: embracing ready-to-go packages to support their team’s development
Serco operate within five different sectors: Justice and Immigration, Defence, Healthcare, Citizen Services and Transport across the world and have approximately 60,000 employees.The Learners
Roughly 3,000 learners in total who require training in order to fulfil their job role and ensure Home Office compliance for Immigration contracts. The majority are on their initial training courses, but the training was also rolled out to learners whose qualification had expired.
The Aim
