The quickest way to reset your password is to click on the 'Forgotten your password?' link at the bottom of the login page.
Enter your email address when prompted and confirm you are not a robot by checking the CAPTCHA box.
After that, click on 'Request Password Reset' and you will receive an email with a link to reset your password. This link will expire one hour after the request.
Please use the email address we have on file for you and check your junk or spam folder in addition to your inbox. The email will be from 'Virtual College'.
We launched a new website in February 2017. If you want to go back to a course, or start a course, bought before this date then you may need to login to our older system. This can be done at: www.vctms.co.uk
Some organisations have their own version of our learning management system. They will ask their staff to use this system to complete their training.
This will be hosted on its own unique web address. For example: https://example-organisation.vc-enable.co.uk
If this scenario applies to you, please contact the person who asked you to complete the training to be given the web address of your organisation's own learning management system.
If you have never bought a course from us before and never been assigned training by someone else, it is unlikely that you will have an account in our learning management system.
To buy a course, please visit our online shop. You will create your system account after completing the checkout.
If you need someone to buy a course on your behalf, then this person can follow the above step and assign the training to you from within the system - automatically creating you an account provided that you have an email address. You will receive an email containing a link to your account and the training you have been given. The email will come from 'Virtual College'.
