We have always provided customer and learner support over telephone and email, and with an increase in remote working, supporting you and your learners is our number one priority.

We have a detailed Coronavirus Business Continuity Plan in place which prioritises the following six areas:

  4. Processing customer orders and payments
  5. Processing payments to suppliers and staff
  6. Keeping all our people, customers, learners and other stakeholders up to date and regularly communicated with

This means that as a valued customer of Virtual College, you can expect the same high level of operations and customer service that we strive to provide on a daily basis.

In order to deliver the above and to keep employees and customers safe, we have put in place a range of measures including:

  • Eliminating non-critical business travel and reducing other work-related travel as far as possible
  • Increasing the use of video and online meetings where possible
  • A detailed IT policy and plan to support widespread home working across all our core areas of business
  • A range of internal measures to protect, educate and keep staff informed of actions we all need to take to keep us safe and protected from infection

We have also produced a free, publicly available course on “Infection Prevention and Control”. Please feel free to use this course with your teams as needed.

For existing customers, for any support accessing and rolling out the course, please contact your account manager.

We thank you for your continued support at this time and we are here to be of assistance in any way we can to support the roll out and adoption of your online and distance learning.
