Description
This training will look at how to balance addressing the issue of self-neglect with an individual’s right to private life and health and how to make safe decisions.
Self-neglect is a problem in itself and can often be a symptom of other underlying problems. This course will enable you to identify it and react appropriately.
Self-neglect is difficult to detect due to its multi-dimensional character; it is a complex combination of physical, mental, psychological, social and environmental causes. Being able to spot the signs and symptoms of self-neglect is crucial for anyone who works with vulnerable adults.
The topics covered in this course include:
- The possible causes of self-neglect, whether deliberate or unintentional

easy to navigate
The course was good-enough; it was clear and easy to navigate. I have edited a part about finding spelling mistakes as the company has responded (as below) and taking actions to correct, which is fab!
