Salary: Competitive salary dependent on experience

The Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for eLearning project professionals to join our Content Team.

We’re looking for people who can combine creativity and excellence to realise our vision for online and blended learning.

Based in Ilkley, West Yorkshire or remote, the successful candidate will join our business on a permanent contract and earn a competitive salary based on experience.

The ideal candidate

We’re looking for people who can work closely with our customers, our stakeholders, and learners to identify and fulfil learning needs. You have a digital or learning background, with the ability to project manage the development and delivery of innovative and creative, digital, and blended, learning solutions. You are passionate about delivering solutions that are designed around the learner, and you have a clear passion for delivering impactful learning that produces real sustainable change and improvement. 

You can identify and manage risks both prior to and during the project in order to deliver to time quality and budget.

You can work collaboratively with people and form great relationships with a broad range of stakeholders to create unique learning experiences that change behaviour and improve working practice. 

You’re naturally inclusive and collaborative and you proactively create opportunities to share ideas, to find the best solution for every customer, ensuring that everyone can play their part in delivering successful learning solutions.

Key Skills/Experience:

Essential:

  • Able to demonstrate the effective management of stakeholders enabling clear, honest communication to ensure the successful delivery of a project.
  • Able to demonstrate a collaborative approach undertaking a leading role within project teams.
  • Has demonstrable experience in the successful delivery of large-scale digital learning projects.
  • Able to demonstrate the principles of learner centred design.

Desirable:

  • Experience in facilitating both online & blended learning solutions.
  • Knowledge of learning principles and how they apply to distance learning.
  • Experience of working with creative teams.
  • Management experience in a product development/ digital production environment within the eLearning sector

Package Includes:

  • Hours of work covering 37.5 hours (Monday to Friday) including flexible working
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays rising to 28 days (a day per year)
