We have updated this bullying and harassment in the workplace training course to include changes to the legislation within The Worker Protection Act 2023 which became applicable from 26th October 2024.

This Act has been introduced to address gaps in existing labour laws, ensuring that workers are treated fairly, paid adequately, and work in safe environments.

What does this Bullying and Harassment in the Workplace course cover?
Our 30-minute online course explores the important subject of workplace bullying and harassment, imparting valuable insights which will increase any employee’s confidence in the topic. The course explores areas such as ‘banter’, sexual harassment and cyber bullying.
This course uses various interactions to make the learning interesting and engages you with the content. These include:
