- Define a project and it's components, and identify how it differs from routine management activities
- Describe the five key stages of the project management lifecycle and see how they guide your project from start to finish
- Identify common reasons why projects fail and traits that contribute to successful projects
- Understand the concept of the Iron Triangle (Time, Cost, Scope) and its impact on project quality
- Practise applying the principles of the Iron Triangle to real-world project scenarios
