• Describe the five key stages of the project management lifecycle and see how they guide your project from start to finish
• Identify common reasons why projects fail and traits that contribute to successful projects
• Understand the concept of the Iron Triangle (Time, Cost, Scope) and its impact on project quality
• Practise applying the principles of the Iron Triangle to real-world project scenarios
