There are no entry requirements for this course.
Test and certificate
The end of course test consists of 15 multiple choice questions. Learners are required to achieve a 75% pass mark, and, if necessary, may attempt the test six times at no extra cost. If learners do not achieve the 75% pass mark, further attempts may be given by contacting our support team.
Learners will be able to download a digital certificate on completion.

Easy to use, comprehensive course.
Not the cheapest course on line for this qualification but I felt the best overall. I don't like on line learning but this course was easy to use. Followed a logical sequence and more importantly there were no crashes or other IT problems. I'd use them again.

It was great to do the training on our own pace and revisit things we needed to learn properly. Training content was good.

Over all good experience
Very good content well explained. My only problem was the size and colour of the script. Script need to be in black and larger. I am waiting for a cataract operation at the moment, as many others could be also, maybe also other eye problems which is made difficult when grey and small script is used.
