Level 1 Food Safety and Hygiene & 60 Second Chef Bundle
The Learn to Cook Fast Training bundle is made up of three courses which will teach learners basic culinary skills, nutritional information to help you pick the right food and start cooking, so you can start making everyday day food and become a kitchen pro. These courses have been designed by the 60 Second Chef Patrick Drake who wants to get everyone to be confident in the kitchen and eating healthier. The level 1 food safety course may be used as an introduction to the subject for children and people with an interest in preparing food safely for a family. It is ideal for use in schools, in addition to a regular curriculum, and for students prior to taking work experience in a food environment. Please Note: Level 1 is an introductory course which is not suitable for food handlers. In order to meet legal requirements it is necessary for food handlers to complete the Level 2 (previously known as Basic) Food Safety and Hygiene Course.

The content of the Level 1 Food Hygiene course has been independently certified as conforming to universally accepted Continuous Professional Development (CPD) guidelines.
With the Get Cooking bundle each one of the 70 videos lasts 60 seconds, however, you can revisit the videos as many times as you wish. The length of time taken depends entirely on how quickly you can study and absorb the material.
The Level 1 Food Safety and Hygiene course will take approximately 1-2 hours depending on how quickly users absorb the information. Learners will be able to progress as quickly as they like as progress is continuously saved throughout.
Test and certificate
On completion of the Level 1 Food Hygiene course learners will be required to complete an assessment consisting of 15 multiple choice questions and has a pass mark of 75%. If necessary learners can have 3 attempts to complete it.
Throughout the Get Cooking course learners will presented with a number quizzes to demonstrate they have gained a good understanding of the key learning areas.
Once learners have completed the courses they will be able to instantly print a digital certificate. It is recommended that learners retain these certificates for their records.
