This Trading Fairly course has been created with the trade industry in mind and will provide the relevant information to ensure a fair trade.
By completing this course you will be meeting your legal obligation of the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, and minimising the risk of bad publicity or lawsuits.
On completion of this course learners should be able to:
- Understand what the law says about fair trading
- Understand how things you do can be deemed to be 'unfair'
- Understand how things you don't do can be deemed 'unfair'
- Identify what trading activities ca be deemed to be 'aggressive'
- Identify what trading activities are banned completely
When you've completed this online training you will sit an online test and, once successful, you can print your certificate.
