Better Provision and Lower Costs
Wigan Council have over 1,500 members of staff working in the Early Years sector including staff who need food hygiene training. Within three months of providing them with an e-learning solution, 300 staff had successfully completed online food hygiene training alongside a range of other courses.

This online food allergy awareness course is designed to help learners identify the fourteen particular food allergens which must, by law, be recognised and to understand why foods containing allergens must be handled carefully.
