This 45-minute online course looks to help managers manage change within their teams and organisations.
Change can appear in many areas within the workplace such as change in technology, change in leadership or change in procedures and processes. Being able to effectively manage change can have many benefits including being able to anticipate any challenges and be able to lower and risks, improve staff cooperation during the change and minimise any staff resistance to change.

User friendly learning by progressing forward or to recheck that subject matter fully before moving on. The ability to stop and start course learning an asset, then pick up where you have left off. Able to make notes. Clear following logic up to date learning all at a low cost that makes it manageable.
