Learn how to be a good neighbour and explore the basics surrounding managing your finances successfully. Gain practical skills surrounding basic DIY including how to change a fuse, bleed radiators and how fuse boxes work amongst many more helpful tips and tricks. In addition, discover basic health and safety information including where dangers can arise and how to prevent common problems in your home.

- What landlords consider to be antisocial behaviour
- What landlords do about ASB
- What happens with serious cases of ASB
Basic Health and Safety
- Where dangers can arise in your home
- Steps you can take to avoid accidents and injury
- How to protect yourself and your home
- How to prevent common problems in your home.
Basic DIY
- Assemble a basic toolkit
- Fit light bulbs and identify appropriate wattage
- How fuse boxes work, what a tripped fuse means and test appliances to identify faulty items
- Turn off stop cock to prevent flooding
- Explain how a boiler works
- Bleed radiators
- Hang a picture and check for pipes and asbestos behind walls
- Unblock toilets, sinks and showers
