Our 60-minute online course, designed for new or experienced managers in any sector, provides the insights they need to confidently and effectively manage their team and covers this wide range of topics:
- The John Adair action-centred leadership model, and how it can help a manager think about their team’s performance
- Characteristics of low and high performing teams and the role of their manager
- How to assess the needs of a team and take the actions required to move the team members forward

I recently completed the Food Hygiene…
I recently completed the Food Hygiene course and found it very informative and easy to follow. i booked 4 fire marshal and fire safety…
i booked 4 fire marshal and fire safety training packages i received one fire marshal training only ... i need four as they are for different sites hence me purchases 4 packages not good value for money this way after talking to Virtual College about the issue the problem was solved very quickly and all courses were accessible. Their assistant was very helpful and polite, and the issue was solved
