Our 45-minute online course helps the learner do just that. It explores two key themes – growth mindset and emotional intelligence – to provide those personal insights which will help positively shape their managerial style.

After you have completed your purchase, you will be able to access your training straight away!
When buying one of our courses, you will need to enter a valid email address which will be used to create your account with our Learning Management System – Enable – where you will take the training. We will also send your purchase receipt to this email address, and any additional courses purchased in future using the same email address will be added to your system account.

I recently completed the Food Hygiene…
I recently completed the Food Hygiene course and found it very informative and easy to follow. Course was very in depth and brought out all salient points without it being too difficult to take in. I know this was an online course but it would be good if you could buy printed book detailing all that is on the course. This would make for easy reference when needed.

i booked 4 fire marshal and fire safety…
i booked 4 fire marshal and fire safety training packages i received one fire marshal training only ... i need four as they are for different sites hence me purchases 4 packages not good value for money this way after talking to Virtual College about the issue the problem was solved very quickly and all courses were accessible. Their assistant was very helpful and polite, and the issue was solved
